Kids Club aims to:

  • Provide a happy, safe, warm, and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn, and develop freely.
  • Help children develop responsibility for themselves and their actions, fostering competence, confidence, and cooperation.
  • Encourage children to have a positive attitude and respect for themselves and others.
  • Promote positive relationships with parents and carers, working in partnership to ensure high-quality play and care for their children.

We are committed to:

  • Listening and responding to the views of everyone involved.
  • Keeping parents and carers informed of policies and procedures.
  • Sharing and discussing children's achievements, experiences, progress, and any arising difficulties.
  • Providing care and activities that prioritize children's safety and needs.
  • Ensuring activities are interesting, educational, stimulating, and fun.
  • Employing a team of experienced and caring staff.
  • Maintaining an environment free from bullying and discrimination of any kind.

How to Use Kids Club

Opening Times

Kids Club is open Monday to Friday during term time only. The club is closed on inset days.

Sessions & Fees

Kids Club offers two after-school sessions:

  • Session 1: 3:15 pm - 4:30 pm (£4.50 contracted, £5.00 ad hoc).
  • Session 2: 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm (£4.50 contracted, £5.00 ad hoc).

Fees & Payments

  • Bookings and payments must be made via: quinton.onsidelive.co.uk.
  • Payments can be made using a debit/credit cardchildcare vouchers, or tax-free childcare.
  • If you are paying with childcare vouchers we will credit your account once notified by your voucher provider.
  • For tax-free childcare payments, please email a screenshot of your confirmed transfer to [email protected].

Cancellations

  • If your child is not attending a booked session, you MUST notify the club by email by 3:00 pm on the same day.
  • Missed sessions are still charged—no refunds will be offered.
  • To cancel a child’s place, one month's written notice is required.

Property Loss or Damage

While every care is taken, Kids Club is not responsible for lost or damaged property.

Signing In and Out

A staff member will sign children in and out of the club.

Late Collection Policy

We understand that occasional delays can happen, and we will always try to accommodate slightly late collections where possible. However, to ensure fairness and consistency, if late collection becomes a persistent issue, we will discuss it with parents to find a suitable solution.

If you foresee a delay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
